Marriage biodata for a second marriage
A second marriage biodata is still one page. Write Divorced or Widowed where a reader will see it, say whether there are children, and leave the first marriage off the file that gets forwarded.
A marriage biodata for a second marriage is the same one-page note families already exchange. The reader needs the facts that are true now: marital status, whether there are children, work, city, and one way to reply. Dignity is those facts in plain words, in the same places any other biodata uses. A long defence of the first marriage does not travel well once a cousin forwards the PDF.
People look for a divorcee marriage biodata, and for a biodata after a death in the family. Both use this second marriage biodata format. Only the status word changes. The five blocks every biodata uses are in how to write a marriage biodata. This page is only the lines that are easy to fudge, and the lines that should stay off.
How should marital status be written?
Write Divorced or Widowed in the personal block, beside the city and the height. A reader who only skims headings should see it before they forward the file. Do not leave the word only inside About me. Do not leave the field as Unmarried. That line will be read as the fact.
On biodataji, Marital status is Unmarried, Divorced, Widowed, or Prefer not to say. Divorced and Widowed print those words. Prefer not to say prints that phrase too, unless you hide the line on the last step. Hide the line only when the file will not leave the house until someone has already said the fact out loud. A shared PDF should already say the true word.
Do not add the former spouse's name, a photograph, a workplace, a court name, or a case number. One word is the line. If your house wants a year, use the year on your own papers, in one short clause, and do not guess it. A guessed year is a false date on the page.
How do you mention children?
If there are children, one calm line: how many, and who they live with, if you are ready for that fact to travel with every forward. If there are none, write "No children." A blank where a reader expects an answer becomes a guessing game.
The maker has no children field. Put the line in Short family introduction. If you want its own label, open the last step and use Add custom field, with the label Children. Do not put children on the siblings line. That line is for brothers and sisters.
Leave school names, the other parent's phone, and photographs of children off the PDF. A forwarded file reaches people who were not in the first chat. Anything finer than who the child lives with belongs in a later conversation, if you choose to have it.
What does a second marriage biodata format include?
The same blocks as any marriage biodata, in the order on the format guide:
- Personal: name, date of birth, height, current city, native place, and marital status as Divorced or Widowed.
- Education and work: the degree and the job as they are now. A band for income, or hide the income line. Do not inflate either number. Both get checked when families meet.
- Family: parents, siblings, and the children line. Two sentences on how the house lives, without a history of the first marriage.
- About: two sentences on life now, and one respectful line on what a shared home would need to include.
- Contact: one name and one phone. City is enough. The street address stays off.
A photograph should look like you now. A clear portrait, plain background, no group, no sunglasses. The common mistakes page covers the lines that sink a first biodata. They sink this one the same way.
What should stay off the page?
- The former spouse's name, photo, or workplace.
- Blame, a verdict on who was at fault, or a list of allegations.
- A case number, a court, or a money figure from the separation.
- A timeline of the first marriage.
- School names, or a phone number that belongs to the other parent.
- A full street address. The PDF will be forwarded.
- An exact salary, unless your house already prints a band on every biodata.
- Dowry, jewellery, or a cash condition.
Omitting those lines is not hiding the marriage. The status word and the children line carry the fact. The rest is a story for a conversation, and only if you want to tell it.
What should About me sound like?
Two sentences, present tense, about the person now. Name the work and one ordinary thing you actually do. Skip a wall of adjectives, and skip an apology. The general rule, with examples for a first biodata, is in what to write in About me. The samples below are only for a second marriage. Replace every fact with yours before you paste one.
- Divorced, no children: "I work as an accountant and live with my parents. I am divorced, I have no children, and Sundays are for cooking and a long call with my sister."
- Widowed, child at home: "I teach at a school and live with my son. I am widowed, and he lives with me. I hope to meet someone kind who is already comfortable with that."
- Partner line: "Hoping to meet someone who is comfortable with a second marriage." If a child lives with you, add that in the same sentence, by name of the relationship ("and with my daughter, who lives with me"), not by a list of conditions.
Partner expectations on the biodata stay at that length. "Must accept" and a paragraph of terms read as a test, not as an introduction. The field hint in the maker asks for the same restraint: respectful and specific.
How should you share it?
Tell the relative who will forward the file, in one private chat, before it goes out. If an older PDF still says Unmarried, retire that file. Send one new PDF and say the old one is finished. How to do that without a pile of voice notes is in update a marriage biodata.
Send the new file in one private chat, to the person your house named. WhatsApp Status and a large group hand the PDF to people who did not ask. The caption should match the page: the name, that this is a marriage biodata, and Divorced or Widowed in one clause. Do not retell the first marriage in the message, and do not name the former spouse there.
The message to send with a marriage biodata writes a polite first note and a short follow-up from who is sending it, who it is for, and how you know them. It does not add marital status. Add that clause yourself so the caption matches the PDF. More wording is in WhatsApp messages for a marriage biodata. One follow-up is enough.
How do you fill this on biodataji?
Open the wizard. On the personal step, set Marital status to Divorced or Widowed. On the family step, write the children line in Short family introduction. On the last step, Add custom field if you want the label Children, and Hide from PDF for any line that should not print. Prefer not to say still prints until you hide it. Hide income on the career step if you would not say the number out loud. Hide the address on the contact step. Export one PDF.
The field order is the format guide. Text you leave empty does not print. What you do print should be something you can say again when the families meet.
